What is Holistic Wellness?
It is about caring for the whole person – physical, mental, spiritual, and social needs. If one of these needs is out of balance it can impact the other needs. All sessions/treatments offered are part of holistic wellness. Monthly sessions/treatments are recommended as part of a self-care wellness routine. More frequent sessions/ treatments are recommended when trying to deal with a specific situation (e.g.,stress/anxiety, digestive concerns, chronic headaches, infertility, etc.). Self-care is the success of living your best life!
What is Reflexology?
A holistic focused pressure technique, usually applied to the feet which corresponds to other parts of the body.

SERVICES
Wellness Reflexology – 75 minutes - $85 plus HST
This session will start with a foot soak/scrub, full reflexology session to balance the body and will finish with a hot stone massage on the lower legs and feet and moisturizer. Your body will be relaxed, and your feet will feel light and refreshed.
Youth Reflexology (14 and under) – 45 minutes - $40 plus HST
This session can be customized to focus on a specific condition or concern or can be an overall session to balance the body. This session can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep patterns and improves overall wellbeing. A parent/guardian is welcome to attend the
session.
Holistic Facial – 60 minutes - $90 plus HST
This customized facial promotes relaxation and gives your skin the pampering it deserves! It includes, hot towels, cleansing, exfoliation, a combination of two masques and moisturizing products. It also includes an arm/hand massage and head and facial massage. The treatment helps to clarify the skin, promote circulation, encourage lymphatic drainage and reduce congestion and fine lines, leaving your skin looking radiant. At Ginger Roots we are proud to use the Eve Taylor London natural skincare line. Each treatment is customized to address your skincare needs, ranging from ultra-soothing, soothing, balancing and purifying.
Teen Facial (12-18years) – 45 minutes - $60 plus HST
This facial focuses on the concerns of teenage skin. It includes, hot towels, cleansing, exfoliation, a mask and moisturizer. This treatment will help to clear and clarify the skin using natural ingredients from the Eve Taylor London line. This facial will promote a clearer more energized appearance.
Wellness Pedicure – 75 minutes - $75 plus HST
Say hello to revitalized feet! This is a great pedicure for anyone looking to keep their feet well maintained. This treatment will be customized to address conditions such as very dry feet, cracking and callouses. It will start with a foot soak/scrub, followed by grooming of the nails and cuticles. A mask will be applied to the feet to help remove toxins and impurities from the body. This treatment will finish with a hot stone foot massage and moisturizer.
Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage (Champissage) – 45 minutes - $45 plus HST
This holistic treatment is considered a method of cleansing and healing the body. It will focus on massaging acupressure points on the head, neck, and shoulders, with the aim of rebalancing your body’s energies. Warm essential massage oil will be used during the treatment. The treatment will finish with a hot stone massage for pure relaxation! There are many benefits to this treatment including relaxation, relieving muscular tension and headaches, reduces stress, anxiety and depression. It can also stimulate the lymphatic system, helps relieve sinus congestion and encourages hair growth.
Wellness Reflexology and Holistic Facial Combo $165 plus HST
150 minutes of pure bliss!! Enjoy a full Wellness Reflexology session and Holistic Facial customized for your skin type.
Swedish Massage (Non-Registered) $75 plus HST
60minutes. A massage to help relax and energize the body using different massage techniques including effleurage, petrissage and tapotement. Typically offered at light to medium pressure with some deeper pressure in specific target areas. This massage will also include relaxing hot stones.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGES
Monthly Wellness Reflexology Membership $77 plus HST
1 session per month. 3-month minimum commitment required for the monthly membership. Monthly membership can be cancelled any time after the 3-month commitment. Session will carryover if it is not used in the month.
Double Monthly Wellness Reflexology Membership $150 plus HST
2 sessions per month. 3-month minimum commitment required for the monthly membership. Monthly membership can be cancelled any time after the 3-month commitment. Sessions will carryover if they are not used in the month.
Family & Friends Monthly Wellness Reflexology Membership $290 plus HST
4 sessions per month. 3-month minimum commitment required for the monthly membership. Monthly membership can be cancelled any time after the 3-month commitment. Sessions will carryover if they are not used in the month.
Monthly Holistic Facial Membership $81 plus HST
1 facial per month. 3-month minimum commitment required for the monthly membership. Monthly membership can be cancelled any time after the 3-month commitment. Facial will carryover if it is not used in the month.
Fertility Reflexology Package - 9 sessions over 12 weeks – $500 plus HST
Reflexology is a holistic way to balance the whole body and this package helps to maintain a balanced body by regular reflexology sessions and is an excellent option for anyone trying to conceive. For the first 6 weeks the client will attend a 60-minute weekly session. For the remainder of the 6 weeks the client will attend on a bi-weekly basis for a 60-minute session. These sessions will not include the foot soak/scrub or moisturizing products.
Wellness Reflexology Package $245 plus HST
3 sessions to use whenever you choose. No expiry.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
I recognize that life happens and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If that is the case please give me a minimum of 24-hours notice, if possible. This will allow me to open the spot for someone else to enjoy a session! A charge equal to 50% of the service fee will apply for no-shows.
